Deal Room Events Oy, an event tech provider, which Broadcast Projects uses to run its event under the Media Connect 365 brand (formerly, Media Meet & Greet), in accordance with their privacy policy, in cases where you have registered or have been invited as a confirmed participant at any one of our Broadcast Projects / Media Connect 365 events. In these cases your data will be shared witih Deal Room and with our event sponsors.

We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to you on our behalf. These may include ticketing, virtual event platform, payment processing, form providers, calendar providers, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing services. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
